The Greenvale Apprenticeship Programme

We are looking to recruit young people aged 16 – 19 into our Apprenticeship Programme. The programme lasts up to 18 months during which you will work towards achieving an industry recognised vocational qualification made up of 8 units. The units are specifically designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge that will help you to build your career within Greenvale.
Not only will you gain invaluable industry recognised vocational qualifications, you’ll get to experience working for one of Europe’s key suppliers of fresh and processed potatoes. We employ up to 2000 people throughout the UK and mainland Europe. Within Production, we have a number of departments which you will have the opportunity to work in including; Intake, Grading, Washlines, Quality Control, Packing & Dispatch.
Modern Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Operations.
Monday to Friday, up to 40 hours per week.

Skills and Attributes
You should have good organisational and communication skills; the ability to work as part of a team in order to meet production targets; the ability to work to health and safety and food safety requirements; flexibility to work in different departments and a keen interest in learning more about a food production environment.
